Regarding tournament participation reception

2024 Friday, February 16th 12:00 ~ 20:00 Saturday, February 17th 10:00 ~ 20:00
※The marathon administration is not responsible for any runners unable to register in time due to traffic conditions, parking availability, etc.
※Registration will not be available on the day of the marathon.
※Runners themselves must come to the reception venue. Reception by proxy is not possible.
Before You Run
To enter the reception area and runner’s area, you need to register your photo and ID.
Please complete the registration before entering the reception area.
- Access from “Athlete Bib Exchange Certificate, Face Recognition, and ID Registration” [アスリートビブス引換証・顔認証・身分証登録] on My Page.
- Upload your photo and ID following the instructions on the screen.
If you have registered in advance, you can enter the reception area quickly. If it is difficult to register in advance, we can assist you at the “Face Recognition Registration Booth” at the area on the day of reception. However, it could take a time to enter the area, so please cooperate with the advance registration as much as possible.
Required Items for the Marathon
(1)Athlete Bib Voucher
On the day of the marathon, it may be difficult to show your two-dimensional code from your webpage depending on web traffic conditions. To avoid this issue, please either print your Athlete Bib Voucher and bring it with you or take a screen shot of your QR code and use that to register instead.
※Screenshot-taking methods will differ by phone and maker. Please consult with your phone’s maker or your cell service provider if you have any questions regarding cell phone operation.
(2)Personal Identification
- Driver's License, passport, residence card, residency permit with picture, My Number Card
- Disability certificate, student ID, etc.
※Only ID’s with pictures will be accepted. Copies of ID are not valid.
About the reception desk
When you enter, we check in according to the number listed on your Athlete Bib Exchange Certificate. Please present the QR code displayed on your My Page at the runner’s reception desk. If you do not have a smartphone, please download the PDF of the Athlete Bib Exchange Certificate from My Page, print it out in A4 size, and bring it with you.
If you forget, we will reissue the Athlete Bib Exchange Certificate at the help desk in the reception area. (Reissue fee: 300 yen) Please note that there may be a long wait time due to the limited number of printers.
※For those who want to have a companion runner, we will send you a Companion Runner Registration Form by mail. Please fill it out and come to the help desk.
